How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bestsellers Paid (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Before purchasing this basket, I wanted to know how large it was and in the reviews someone called it small but said it could hold 13 apples (which it can). My boyfriend and I went on a picnic with it and it held 2 Pringle’s cans, a small Goldfish crackers package, a Dr.Pepper, and a few other bags of candy. We did have to carry our bag of taco bell. It was not large enough for that. So it’s probably big enough for a picnic with 2 people if you package everything smaller which we were too lazy to do. We were just more concerned about how cool we felt with an actual picnic basket. It’s also the perfect size for a costume, it could definitely fit a small stuffed animal Toto or your other belongings on Halloween. It could also make a great decoration. So overall, 5/5 stars. Kind of tiny, but I knew that from the other reviews. Still very useful.
Bought for my daughter’s little red riding hood Halloween costume. Wanted something big enough for her to trick or treat with as the one as the Halloween store was tiny and cheaply made (she would have had to carry it and also use a separate bag for candy). This basket worked perfectly! She was able to collect her candy in it, and now I’m going to repurpose it to display Christmas cards or hold mail or some such task.
This size is perfect when you want to give a gift as a gesture but don't want to have to buy a lot of junk just to fill it up. Not too big but holds a few packages of cookies or candy (or a napkin-full of homemade), etc. I wish it came with the lining in different colors for other seasons. It also seems sturdy.
Just what we needed as an accessory to my 6 year old's Little Red Ridinghood costume. Perfect size, held candy and flashlight. Now we use it for play or storage.
I bought this to go with my Halloween costume this year. I'm going as Red Riding Hood and my husband is the Big Bad Wolf. I was hoping for something that wasn't too bulky, but something I could also keep my "goodies" in (cell phone, wallet, etc..) since the costume itself has no pockets. I was a bit concerned reading the reviews that it might be a bit too big. It's large enough to hold my entire family's phones, but is certainly not too bulky to be carried around as a purse. You could even use it for a picnic for two!
This was the cutest addition to our daughters Little Red Riding Hood Halloween costume. It is very well made and sturdy. Now that Halloween is over we can use it as a little picnic basket !! Absolutely adorable !
This is an adorable basket.. the lining is a cute red and white gingham check that goes perfectly with ther basket.The issue is with the handle, it is not durable at all.. this is strictly for display.. do not try to use it for anything else.. the handle snapped on mine
Initially I thought it was small but it was perfect . Used it as birthday gift. I placed two bottles if wine ,crackers, and cheese. All fit .
This is pretty light weight so not for heavy usage. I’m using for dress up in a classroom and it is holding up for that. But I don’t expect things used in a classroom to last forever. So this works for my needs.
